Important note: completing the citizenship rite means fame with other nations might drop, in particular the Zoari and Fyros fame. If you were in the process of completing Encyclopedia missions (some of which require fame, see here), it may be a good idea to complete those before adopting the Tryker Citizenship.

Talk to Jedan Mac’Bregall (Federal Magistrate).  He’ll give you a Cold Pearl of Loyalty.  You then need to take this pearl to Initiates in each of the three Tryker cities.

1. Show the pearl of loyalty to the leader of the guards in Crystabell.
   
• Talk to Be’Keeer Keffan (Crystabell Guard Chief) – north tower in Crystabell.
2. Show the pearl of loyalty to the sage of Windermeer.
• Talk to Be’Ledacan Jichy (Sage) – southwest tower in Windermeer.
3. Show the pearl of loyalty to the steward of Avendale.
• Give the pearl to Be’Teghan Lepsy (Avendale Intendant) – northwest tower in Avendale.
• She will give you a Shining Pearl of Loyalty.
4. Talk to Jedan Mac’Bregall.

• What are the three Tryker virtues? – Freedom, Equality, Sharing

Find the Vagabond of the Islets (identified as Taciturn Vagabond). He has been known to wander near a village in the east of Liberty Lakes.

• Talk to the vagabond.
• Give him the ale Jedan Mac'Bregall gave you after the quiz.

Return to Jedan Mac’Bregall.
